INSTRUCTIONS for COMPLETION of APPLICATION FORM ONLINE:

1. Judges’ Membership runs from 1st October to 30th September; all memberships are renewable on an annual basis. ALL other Memberships run from 1st January to 31st December.

2. The “New Members’/Late Joining Fee” MUST be paid by NEW Members, and previous Members who have not renewed their Membership before 1st April of the current year (this is payable in addition to the relevant Membership Fee).

3. If any Qualification Cards or HOYS Competition Numbers are requested the required fields MUST be completed IN FULL; and where a Fee is applicable this must be included with your remittance. Any animal requiring either a CHAPS Qualifier Card or HOYS Competition Number MUST be owned and exhibited by CHAPS (UK) “Showing” Members.

4. Applications arriving without the correct fees will not be accepted. Please allow 3 weeks for the return of your Membership information, Qualification Card(s) and/or HOYS Competition Number(s)
