CHAPS (UK) 2008 CHAMPIONSHIP

Please send aminimum of a C5 sized FIRST CLASS LARGE LETTER RATE stamped SAE
to: C Hamilton, High Ash Barn, Sandy Lane, Chisworth, Glossop SK13 5RZ for
your copy of the schedule.

Postal Entries will close strictly 11th August 2008. After this date, late
entreis will be taken (except for Dressage, Combined Traing and Foal
Futiruty) on the Show Day(s) at the surcharged prices. The sooner you enter
the cheaper it is!

All classes (except Finals) are open to CHAPS (UK) Registered Exhibits,
owned and shown by CHAPS (UK) current Showing Members. The exception to this
are the Experimental Classes - Miniatures and American Breeds/Types, which
are open to all coloured exhibits, regardless of whether they are CHAPS (UK)
Registered or not and irrespective of CHAPS Membership by owner/exhibitor.

Where a class is prefixed F before its number, pre-qualification is required
to compete. Entries for these classes only require you to send in your 2008
CHAPS Qualification Card (the grey one), signed by the judge in the correct
space(s) on the Card, WITH your entries - any entries for Finals which are
not accompanied by a correctly completed card will not be accepted under any
circumstances. If you still have additional Finals you wish to try to
qualify for but wish to take advantage of early entry fees, please submit
your entries with your Qualification Caard and apply to CHAPS Admin for a
duplicate Card for the remaining qualifiers.

This Show is a qualifier for the 2009 Championship Show, HOYS 2008, PUK 2009
and Winter Restricted FInals 2009 - please ensure you have your 2009 CHAPS
Qualification Card in the ring with you to take advantage of early
qualification for the 2009 Championship Show. Cards available from Admin in
advance by post (2 weeks min) or on the day on production of Passport, 2008
Membership details and, where necessary, a current height cretificate.

Stallions MUST be CHAPS (UK) Graded or First Stage Approved to enter and
must carry Stallion ID Cards in the ring with them (again with the exception
of the Experimental classes). First Stage Approved stallions are not
permitted to enter HOYS Qualifiers.
